Casey's No Pain Novocain Chicken Chili

Ah.... nothing is better on a cold winter afternoon than a hot bowl of steaming, hearty chili!  This would go great with my homemade cinnamon roll recipe.  This past weekend, with my running partner and friend Casey serving as inspiration, I threw together a spicy chicken chili.  First, I have to explain why Casey get's this recipe title.  Casey runs for the Mud Mafia, my running team, and her nickname is Novocain because no matter how hard the training day, no matter how much is asked of her, she fights through the pain.  Our mantra is "No pain, novocain."  This chili is like a band-aid for the soul, a heartwarming, belly filling meal you can share with your family and friends.  Be bold, my friends, and feel free to add freely any seasonings and fresh ingredients you like.  Chili can really be a fun and unique recipe every time you make it.  Have fun!
